| A cough of mine got serious attention. |

I saw one stag's brief attempt to mount another, a little boxing while standing
on hind legs, and some very gentle testing of antlers together, but mostly,
the group showed tranquil contentment. |

| This stag is showing the red deer hind his dominance. |
|
|
|
The same hind keeping a careful eye on the stag as he walks on. Another
hind is on the left. The elk cows have not been so sociable, and for
the most part have been in hiding. |
