AOUDAD, MOUFLON & BLACK HAWAIIAN
Aoudads - neither sheep nor goat - have the survival instincts of a whitetail and the constitution of a buffalo!

This outstanding, mature aoudad was aggressively hunted by Bill Riviero for two days.  It finally took a high speed running shot to get him! Awesome trophy, Bill.
The Mouflon is the pure, ancient species that is the ancestor of all domestic sheep.

Jim Eckes shows his classic ram with its perfect, heart shaped horns, just starting to flare out at the tips. Jim's ram has the distinctive Mouflon coat with the black and white markings, tan saddle, and a splendid black mane.

Another excellent trophy and well taken, Jim!
This stately Black Hawaiian ram had been a smart survivor on our ranch for some time, disappearing for days at length.

Jim Biggerstaff had seen him and decided it was the only one for him. It was on his third day of hunting that he finally saw and took him.

Jim's ram lacked nothing, from his long horns with immense bases, gorgeous coat and mane, and superb body condition. What a trophy!
